âą Grow New Business sales within existing customers âą Partner with the regional inside renewals team to help grow or upsell the existing renewal âą Consultative led sales approach to position security cloud platform solutions âą Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets âą Work with technical pre-sales & PS teams to develop solutions & conducting workshops âą Engage and present at multi levels within an account including board level âą Develop account and opportunity plans to improve an account strategy âą Develop relationships with channel and service partners to develop strategic agreements âą Manage sales CRM tool, and produce weekly accurate forecasting âą Engage senior execs where required within assigned accounts âą Keep knowledge updated of the Security market and meet training targets to maintain an understanding of products, process and promotions for sales support.
âą Fluent French and English âą Understand the security market and trends affecting business and use of IT/Security, especially as Enterprise migrate to the Cloud and implement digital transformations âą Experience working within a matrixed organization given the unique split of the New/Renew function âą Experience taking distressed accounts and rebuilding them into top producing customers with new business and renewal growth âą Experience achieving pipeline goals âą Track record that shows transformation of the BRAND of the company from old/stale to exciting âą Experience on how to achieve trusted status with partners âą Experience recording a forecast, driving linearity, and delivering weekly on the revenue âą Experience building relationships with senior cyber management teams up to C-level within a client base âą Understand how to engage members of the Presales technical and professional services organization early in the sales cycle âą Experience working with the Channel and System Integrators.
