• Grow New Business sales within existing customers in Italy • Partner with the regional inside renewals team to help grow or upsell existing renewals • Consultative led sales approach to position security cloud platform solutions • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Work with technical pre-sales & PS teams to develop solutions & conduct workshops • Engage and present at multi levels within an account including board level • Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy • Develop relationships with channel and service partners to develop strategic agreements • Manage sales CRM tool, producing weekly accurate forecasting • Keep knowledge updated of the Security market and meet training targets.
• Fluent Italian and English • Understand the security market and trends affecting business and IT/Security • Experience working within a matrixed organization • Experience taking distressed accounts and rebuilding them into top producing customers • Experience achieving pipeline goals • Track record of transforming a company's brand • Experience achieving trusted status with partners • Experience recording a forecast, driving linearity, and delivering weekly on revenue • Experience building relationships with senior cyber management teams up to C-level • Understand how to engage members of the Presales technical and professional services organization early in the sales cycle • Experience working with Channel and System Integrators.
