Description

• Provide technical leadership to an agile team • Oversee planning for feature projects • Ensure team members follow agile processes • Perform required due diligence in all phases of development • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams • Directly manage and mentor reports • Provide risk assessment and development alternatives • Maintain critical eye toward existing systems • Review development practices with other Team Leads • Keep up with industry best practices • Focus on security and secure coding practices • Drive and participate in code/security reviews

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of software development focused on SaaS applications • 1-2 years as a Team Lead • Extensive Agile experience • Good troubleshooting skills • Extensive knowledge of C#, .NET MVC, SQL Server, PostgreSQL • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GPC is a plus • Ability to express complex designs concisely • Strong communication skills • Ability to mentor and provide technical direction • Detail-oriented and organized
