📋 Description

• Ensure software is tested and deployments are supported in line with QA processes and business requirements • Work with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements • Analyse technical requirements and produce test estimates and approaches • Participate in SCRUM planning, review, retrospective, and daily stand-up ceremonies • Develop and execute test cases based on agile stories and documented requirements • Maintain legacy test suites and update testing data sets • Develop and expand automated tests • Enhance and maintain Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Postman, ReadyAPI, and SOAP UI automation suites • Perform regression, sanity, exploratory, load, and performance testing • Document, manage, and support resolution of defects • Report defects in JIRA, DevOps, or Azure DevOps and communicate deadline risks • Liaise with relevant parties throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery • Produce testing reports and quality test documentation for stakeholders and audit standards • Identify and escalate risks • Improve QA team processes through knowledge sharing, improvement sessions, and proof-of-concepts for new tools and processes • Mentor and support junior software testers and review test documents, defects, and reports • Assist customers and other teams with UAT and integration testing, on-site or off-site • Support delivery deadlines and perform additional duties as directed • Provide out-of-hours support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with QA tools, methodologies, and programming techniques • Experience developing and executing manual and automated test cases • Experience with Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Postman, ReadyAPI, and SOAP UI test automation suites • Experience with JIRA, DevOps, or Azure DevOps defect management tools • Experience performing regression, sanity, exploratory, load, and performance testing • Experience participating in SCRUM ceremonies • Knowledge of agile stories and documented business and system requirements • Ability to produce test estimates, test approaches, test plans, test scripts, and traceability documentation • Ability to document, manage, and support defect resolution • Ability to identify risks and escalate issues • Ability to mentor and support junior software testers • Ability to provide out-of-hours support as required
