🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of primarily technical sourcing/recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for an early stage (<50 employees) company • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication • Highly organized and skilled at juggling competing priorities • Strong relationship builder • Creative and gritty • Deep sense of ownership over your work • Fast learner able to context switch quickly
