🎯 Requirements
• at least seven years of experience in resolving intricate employee relations matters • working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines • Bachelor's degree in human resources • demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively on a team • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or equivalent strongly preferred • strong analytical skills • experience with HRIS, preferably BambooHR • proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and Data Analytic Software
