📋 Description

• Lead technology compliance and cybersecurity governance for the Regional Issuing Technology portfolio • Coordinate compliance with PCI DSS, LGPD, corporate cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements • Manage identity and access governance processes, periodic reviews, privileged access, and the certificate lifecycle • Coordinate vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security risk reporting • Lead Disaster Recovery governance, including testing, corrective action plans, and readiness reporting • Monitor compliance with incident, problem, change, and service-level management processes • Coordinate technology audits, control assessments, evidence collection, and remediation plans • Develop dashboards, executive scorecards, policies, standards, and operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in technology governance, compliance, cyber risk, or information security • Knowledge of regulated financial services, payment processing, or critical technology environments • Strong knowledge of control frameworks and practices, auditing, risk management, and operational governance • Ability to work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, with clear communication and an analytical mindset • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, ITIL, PCI ISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are desirable • Knowledge of PCI DSS, LGPD, GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 is desirable • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management, PKI, Vulnerability Management, and Operational Risk Management is desirable • Experience with Disaster Recovery governance, technology resilience, and capacity planning is desirable • Experience working in mainframe, distributed, cloud, and API-based architecture environments is desirable
