📋 Description

• Support FIS Credit Risk Manager, FIS Risk Analytics Manager, and FIS Enterprise Risk Hub applications • Install application release updates for these applications • Lead SRE projects for the applications • Support production systems of major financial institutions • Manage changes to production systems • Ensure compliance with policies and standards • Maintain daily connections with key internal stakeholders, including Client Experience and Professional Services teams • Own processes and data structures • Investigate and resolve issues • Perform basic Microsoft Windows administration • Perform basic SQL Server administration • Conduct general troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Technical proficiency including knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions • Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving • Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing • Prior experience (3-4 years) in customer service or technical support roles • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments • Prior experience supporting the FIS Credit Risk Manager application is an added bonus
