Description

• Manage the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns within life sciences • Oversee day-to-day management of internal and client deliverables • Support ongoing strategic client engagements • Develop understanding of client's business environment, competitive landscape, brand goals, vision, and strategy • Work with department leads to improve and evolve SEM and Emerging Media processes • Mentor, manage, and teach junior team members • Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and optimize campaigns • Partner with analytics and media teams to develop goals and measurement frameworks • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in search marketplace • Contribute to Thought Leadership pieces • Identify opportunity for SEM integration and collaboration • Lead development and onboarding for new hires and direct reports

Requirements

• Experience in managing paid search campaigns within life sciences • Strong client relationship management skills • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market • Ability to perform keyword research, write ad copy, and optimize campaigns • Knowledge of organic search ranking factors • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to mentor and manage junior team members • Familiarity with industry tools and best practices
