📋 Description

• Design and implement automations for lead routing, scoring, enrichment, follow-up, and handoffs between teams. • Integrate CRM, marketing automation, BI, product data, and other tools in the revenue stack. • Build and maintain pipelines, rules, and decision logic to support inbound, outbound, and PLG motions. • Ensure quality, consistency, and governance of the data used by sales, marketing, and customer success. • Develop dashboards, analyses, and experiments to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities. • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, with clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration. • Explore and apply AI-driven automations when they deliver real efficiency, quality, or personalization gains.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work with data, SQL, APIs, integrations, and workflow logic. • Previous experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops. • Experience in SaaS, fintech, B2B, or high-growth environments. • Experience with outbound automation, personalization at scale, and data enrichment.
