Frontend Engineer

• Develop and maintain software applications and systems for various clients 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks

Lead Frontend Engineer

Social Media & Community

•Own end to end planning and execution for all content publishing – this includes planning, content creation, drafting, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting
•Innovate and implement new ideas to run sales campaigns such as auctions, story sales, and more to help develop social as a sales channel
•Collaborate closely with our Operations and Customer Experience team to ensure our CX approach answers our audience needs through social channels
•Find and engage relevant creators for social content, manage relationships and execute paid campaigns

Social Media and Community Manager

Marketing (General)

•Own and administrate our core marketing stack, including marketing automation tools and database, while developing strategies for ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
•Build, test, and launch campaigns including: overseeing campaign setup, managing lead nurture processes, designing audience segments, A/B testing, and reporting campaign performance metrics.
•Design, build, and maintain attribution models that will provide deep understand of marketing spend ROI from lead to revenue.
•Make data-driven recommendations that will lead to improved campaign execution and team productivity, increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates, and ensure that no lead slips through the cracks.
•Improve the quality of our marketing data in order to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting that allow for personalisation and multi-channel campaigns.
•Collaborate with demand, supply, customer support, and operations teams to build, maintain, and optimize email marketing programs.
•Align with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity and consistency across all of our go-to-market systems and data.

Senior Marketing Operations Manager

•Leverage a data-driven approach to determine how to best optimize acquisition channels, and regularly report on results to the broader team
•Be responsible for running outbound email campaigns and driving leads that impact new and repeat business, while improving the conversion rate across our sales and marketing funnel
•Replying to leads via email + scheduling calls for the Sales team
•Managing sales conversations in our app, and social media channels (ie. Instagram)
