📋 Description

• Drive AI projects: You support use cases from idea and concept through to implementation — together with portfolio teams and the FLEX AI team. • Bring product and user perspective: You ask the right questions, refine requirements consistently from the user perspective, and ensure that technical capabilities become real products that work in everyday use and in production. • Build rapid prototypes yourself: Using tools like Cursor, Claude Code and some Python, you develop PoCs that portfolio companies and we at the fund use as starting points for production implementation. • Operate at the interface: You work closely with our internal AI team and mediate between technical implementation, portfolio stakeholders and operating partners — acting as translator, driver and sparring partner. • You work very independently, set your own priorities, and drive topics forward even without close supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a mix of product or project work and technical exposure • Experience building prototypes: basic Python skills, experience with AI-coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code, and ideally initial exposure to APIs and LLM integrations • Solid understanding of modern AI stacks (LLMs, RAG, agents, evals) • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working • Clear communication in German and English • Passion for translating AI into practical business applications
