β€’ Manage a full pipeline at an early-stage, high-growth startup and generate net-new revenue β€’ Evangelize the Flex brand to mid-market founders, co-founders, C-Suite Executives, Controllers, and VPs of Finance β€’ Sell and cross-sell Flex’s suite of financial products (cards and banking) β€’ Build robust customer relationships and manage accounts for inbound and outbound sales β€’ Own the sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, onboarding, and closing deals β€’ Develop and execute strategic plans to close more companies and grow revenue β€’ Transparently communicate pipeline, forecasts, key successes, and challenges to the team β€’ Influence product roadmap by providing customer feedback to product and design teams

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of previous senior B2B sales experience β€’ Consistently a top 10% performer β€’ Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas β€’ Experience advising mid-market founders, C-Suite Executives, Controllers, and VPs of Finance β€’ Ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, onboarding, and close β€’ Strategic planning and experimentation to increase deal close rates β€’ Strong communication of pipeline, forecasts, successes, and challenges β€’ Nice to have: Experience at a high-growth startup
