• Building and scaling the truckload business • Working with product and the business to refine the product and narrative • Selling into the largest truckload shippers • Closing seven to nine figure truckload deals • Thought partner in building the next wave of truckload capabilities • Leading the customer onboarding process • Consulting with new clients to adapt the narrative and ensure product alignment • Refining the selling narrative for the new business unit

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in full cycle selling of truckload opportunities • Proven track record of landing the largest truckload shippers • Enthusiasm for sales • Ability to uncover shipper needs and drive collaborative solutions • Fast learning ability and work ethic • Desire to drive nine figure+ deals
