📋 Description

• You proactively engage with potential new customers from the small and medium-sized business (SMB/SME) sector • You contact prospects who have created a trial account or otherwise shown interest in Flixcheck • You identify opportunities, understand challenges, and determine whether Flixcheck could be the right solution • You qualify leads based on defined criteria and prepare them for handover to our sales team • You schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives • You work closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve the quality of our leads • You accurately document your activities in the CRM and keep track of your KPIs • You contribute your own ideas and continuously refine our outreach approach

🎯 Requirements

• You have some initial experience in sales — ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment • You enjoy approaching people and can quickly build trust • You ask the right questions, listen actively, and uncover needs • You work in a structured way and stay organized even when handling many calls and contacts • You are proactive and want to contribute to a company’s growth • You communicate confidently and persuasively in German — both written and spoken • Experience with CRM systems or digital products is a plus, but not required
