📋 Description

• Support the assessment, monitoring and continuous improvement of Flora’s internal controls • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, good governance practices and applicable laws • Map and review internal processes, identifying risks, improvement opportunities and mitigating controls • Perform tests of the effectiveness of internal controls and prepare technical reports • Monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from internal/external audits or compliance processes • Assist in preparing risk matrices, control indicators (KCI’s) and performance dashboards • Keep process documentation up to date (flows, procedures and manuals) • Conduct periodic analyses and assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies • Interact with business areas to provide technical guidance and support on control-related inquiries • Support the Compliance team in continuous monitoring and corporate risk assessments • Participate in process improvement, automation and governance projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Law or related fields • Previous experience in Internal Controls, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Finance or Process Management • Experience with process mapping, control testing and risk analysis (advantageous) • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and ACL is a plus • Analytical thinking and a systems perspective • Organized, detail-oriented and critical thinking • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset • Ethical conduct and commitment to integrity
