📋 Description

• Partner with assigned leaders and stakeholders to apply HR solutions to business problems • Serve as HR Business Partner to assigned business leaders and teams • Provide end-to-end HR support across organizational development, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, coaching, engagement, and succession planning • Administer HR programs and processes • Identify high-potential talent and support continued employee success • Support requisition workflows and position-description/data accuracy • Partner with talent acquisition on hiring, interviews, offers, approvals, and hard-to-fill requisitions • Develop hiring-manager capabilities in selection tools and processes • Support worker integration and facilitate induction programs • Approve employee actions, performance improvement plans, and progressive discipline • Investigate grievances and complaints while protecting confidentiality • Support employee engagement initiatives and accountability plans • Advise managers on compensation and benefits requests and escalate for approval • Counsel managers on Continuous Performance Management and performance differentiation • Process labor documentation in accordance with local labor requirements • Uphold safety and quality expectations and enhance the HR brand through quality work products • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor requirements, and labor law • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives with sound judgment and flexibility • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization • Ability to leverage HR data to support business partnering conversations • Previous experience in coaching and driving change management programs • Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams • Experience with Workday • Ability to influence others while being firm and diplomatic • Ability to travel as needed • BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of relevant experience
