Description

• Responsible for the integrity of the company's account and financial analysis • Leading finance functions in a fast-paced organization • Overseeing accounting and finance functions including closing process, customer billing operations, accounts receivable management, accounts payable, payroll, insurance and risk management • Creating and implementing controls, policies and procedures across all operating areas of the business • Driving financial projections and modeling • Working directly with the Head of Finance • Annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting • Managing year-end audits • Preparation of financial statements and management reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial preparation experience in a fast-paced software or technology company • 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong US GAAP knowledge • Exceptional analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and business acumen • CPA licensure preferred • Accounting degree (BS/BA required, MSA/MBA preferred) • Experience with sales tax and multi-state payroll • Strong financial and business modeling skills • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
