📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across all communication channels (email, course platform, WhatsApp, and chat), in writing or via video call or phone call, according to students’ needs • Support students while upholding a culture of care, consistently emphasizing respect, empathy, and assertiveness • Manage each interaction comprehensively, from accurately entering information into the system through to resolving the case • Escalate interactions clearly and appropriately to the responsible team when necessary • Assist in maintaining the department’s performance metrics • Review department reports when necessary • Keep the department leader informed about critical cases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support • Experience in Retention • Willingness to work under an 8-month temporary contract, with the possibility of permanent employment • Startup experience (a plus) • Experience with customer support systems (CRM, Omnichat, Octadesk, etc.) (a plus) • Intermediate to advanced Spanish (a plus)
