📋 Description

• Monitor automated WhatsApp messaging journeys, identifying breakpoints or bottlenecks • Oversee one-off WhatsApp and email sends, validating target audience, delivery rates, and audience attrition • Verify that lead distribution follows the agreed rules, adjusting queue configurations in real time as needed • Monitor the commercial team's capacity by comparing generated volume with actual handling capability • Track compliance with commercial SLAs from lead generation to the first seller contact • Open and manage operational incidents through to resolution, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence • Consolidate and report on CRM operation health, highlighting priorities and risks to support quick decision-making • Build and maintain dashboards, queries, and automations required for the operation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM, commercial operations, or sales funnels • SQL skills to build your own monitoring views (reports, sends, and journeys) • Analytical skills to investigate issues, identify causes, and propose solutions • Organized approach to document incidents and monitor operations • Autonomy to structure processes and drive tasks with minimal supervision • Clear communication to report operational health and interact with Sales, Data, and Engineering teams • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and act quickly on deviations • Resilience to work in a dynamic environment, finding alternatives when needed • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with WhatsApp automation • Experience with commercial pipeline communication tools such as Chatwoot and Omni • Experience with Metabase or Looker • Experience in EdTech or consultative sales operations • Experience monitoring operations in real time • Availability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
