📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers and QA staff • Manage delivery quality and professional growth • Spend 50% of time on core development and architecture as a hands-on leader • Lead application-team projects creating high-end automatic financial trading systems • Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Participate actively in requirements definition and DevOps processes • Report directly to the VP R&D

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role • At least 4 years of development experience within the Microsoft stack: C# / .NET / .NET Core / MVC / Angular / HTML5 / Web Sockets • Proven experience in multithreading, system architecture, and LINQ • Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL), including stored procedures, performance, and tuning • Full-lifecycle development experience, from initial design through to QA • High proficiency in English • Experience in the financial industry is advantageous • Experience with Solace messaging bus is advantageous • Experience with Linux and Mono is advantageous • Relevant academic background is advantageous
