Description

• Maintain deep understanding of Fluxx’s product, market and key messages by persona • Manage and run outbound/prospecting campaigns by utilizing multiple channels including LinkedIn, phone, and email to generate new qualified sales conversations (this will also include video tools such as Consensus) • Through training and self-learning develop the ability to deliver initial demo’s of the Fluxx solution • Qualify and engage inbound leads to maximize demos scheduled and drive MQL’s • Proactively source new leads in the market • Maintain up to date data in BDR and CRM systems utilizing current systems of record and additional data enrichment sources (e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo) • Document enablement content such as objection handling, email templates, call scripts • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and work with leadership to identify trends, patterns

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of BDR / SDR / Sales / Marketing experience in SaaS, with a history of exceeding targets • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM software • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email and video conferencing (including pre-recorded video messaging to prospects) • Experience with outbound prospecting • Proven ability to manage time and balance multiple projects with attention to detail • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to produce segmented prospect lists from CRM systems and data enrichment platforms • Strong desire and ability to grow and adapt within the organization • Passion for Fluxx’s purpose (our mission) to be the leading collaborative grantmaking platform that amplifies impact in our global communities
