Description

• Maintain deep understanding of Fluxx’s product, market and key messages by persona•Qualify and engage inbound leads to maximize demos scheduled and drive MQL’s•Manage, run and report on inbound sequences using Hubspot•Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and work with leadership to identify trends, patterns•Manage and execute on various marketing campaign projects including updating landing pages, sending emails and pulling reports on sequence activity

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of BDR / SDR / Sales / Marketing experience in SaaS, with a history of exceeding targets • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM software • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email and video conferencing (including pre-recorded video messaging to prospects) • Proven ability to manage time and balance multiple projects with attention to detail • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to produce segmented prospect lists from CRM systems and data enrichment platforms • Strong desire and ability to grow and adapt within the organization • Passion for Fluxx’s purpose (our mission) to be the leading collaborative grantmaking platform that amplifies impact in our global communities
