📋 Description

• Understand bottlenecks and opportunities within the operation • Propose solutions using development, automation, and artificial intelligence • Develop internal applications and tools • Work across both back-end and front-end development • Integrate APIs, tools, and different technologies • Design AI solutions applied to real operational challenges • Test, refine, and continuously improve developed solutions • Work directly with business teams to understand their needs and turn problems into technological solutions • Lead technology projects from start to finish, from problem identification through development, testing, and deployment • Identify new opportunities for automation, technology, and AI within the operation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer • Strong command of back-end and front-end development • Advanced experience with artificial intelligence, automation, and integrations • Ability to independently develop end-to-end solutions • Hands-on, self-directed, and problem-solving mindset • Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into a technological solution • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with operational teams • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a plus • Experience in digital marketing companies or operations, especially Direct Response, e-commerce, performance marketing, or related areas, is a plus • Experience developing internal tools, automations, or solutions focused on improving operational efficiency is a plus • Availability to work full time
