📋 Description
• Provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers • Manage customer accounts and identify new prospects • Focus on sales targets and business development • Develop and execute account plan • Mentor and lead sales representatives in neighboring territories • Coordinate interface between customer and company resources • Forecast customer business plans/needs
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years sales experience • Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems • Core principals in value selling and agronomics • Strong financial and business acumen • Experience driving new and existing business opportunities with key accounts • Proven track record in making instant impact on sales in territory • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science
