Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team • As Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, financial analysis, payroll backup and implementation projects • Provide support to the Finance Manager in achieving department goals, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues abroad on tasks and projects • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, assist in variance analysis, and provide financial insights and recommendations • Travel twice annually to company’s annual meetings and workshops in the Northeast

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance or Accounting role • Proficiency in QuickBooks required • Proficiency in SAP Business by Design required • Proficiency in Excel required • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organization skills required • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required • The ability to work independently and part of a team is key in this role • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
