📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software projects • Develop and monitor schedules, milestones and the critical path • Manage risks, dependencies and impediments across different workstreams • Replan in waves as the project evolves • Ensure adherence to scope and contractual terms • Track contract amendments, acceptance criteria and delivery milestones • Manage team capacity, planned effort and resource availability • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact with the client • Anticipate risks and communicate impacts before they affect deliveries • Document decisions, responsibilities and next steps clearly and traceably

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software project management • Experience with multi-module programs, ERP implementations or highly complex projects • Schedule management, dependency control and critical path management • Planning and replanning in waves • Risk and scope management • Experience with corporate client contracts • Management of scope, contract amendments, milestones and acceptance • Review and monitoring of effort- and capacity-based estimates • Familiarity with man/month, FTE and team ramp-up planning • Leading executive meetings with clients • Expectation management and priority negotiation • Structured communication of risks, impacts and decisions • Preparation of meeting minutes and formal follow-up records • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (plus) • Experience with transformation programs or ERP rollouts (plus) • Experience with development teams guided or supported by Artificial Intelligence (plus) • Experience in projects involving multiple vendors, squads or cross-functional areas (plus)
