• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting • Additional training or courses in Tax, Fiscal, or related areas will be considered an advantage • Knowledge of federal tax legislation • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Interest in developing expertise in tax credit recovery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Organization, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments • Experience with or knowledge of tax routines and processes • Experience with or knowledge of federal tax credit recovery, supporting the identification, calculation, review, and utilization of credits • Experience with or exposure to client service and support • Experience supporting the preparation of reports, tracking controls, and monitoring the activities of the tax department
