• You continuously provide our Sales Manager with qualified opportunities and systematically identify the right markets, target customers, and sales partners for foodforecast. • Market and competitor analysis: which segments, industries, and companies are attractive for foodforecast, and where is market entry worthwhile? • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities early. • Develop recommendations for further enhancing existing solutions to access current or new markets. • Identify and qualify enterprise target accounts. • Build and maintain structured target account lists. • Support and refine our outbound strategy in close coordination with Sales and Marketing. • Establish and maintain sales partnerships with ERP providers, POS system vendors, consultancies, and other relevant partners. • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships. • Represent foodforecast at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build and expand the partner and customer network. • Prepare recommendations on market priorities and go-to-market approaches for the management team. • Prepare for international expansion: evaluate new markets and establish initial local contacts. • Maintain the opportunity and partner pipeline in the CRM and provide regular reporting.
• You have prior experience in the B2B space—ideally in business development, sales, partnerships, or strategy/consulting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. • You are analytical and structured, able to assess markets and target audiences using data and derive clear priorities. • You proactively approach potential partners and target customers and enjoy building relationships and networks. • You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and bring your own ideas to market development rather than just executing tasks. • You are a strong communicator, able to present complex topics clearly, and persuade both internal stakeholders and external partners. • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and common research tools is an advantage. • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
