📋 Description

• You identify companies with innovation and investment projects and proactively reach out to new potential customers • You contact decision-makers at C‑level by phone and initiate dialogue about funding opportunities and advisory services • You schedule qualified initial meetings for our team, laying the foundation for new client projects • You develop a sustainable sales pipeline through structured research and consistent follow-up of contacts • You use our CRM system to document activities and keep track of your leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is an advantage but not required • You enjoy talking to people and building new relationships • You work in a structured way and maintain oversight even when managing multiple contacts • You present yourself confidently and can conduct conversations clearly and persuasively • Interest in business topics, innovation, or technology • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
