📋 Description

• Independent management of a customer portfolio and support throughout customer projects • Onboarding of new customers and building trusting customer relationships • Competent handling of customer enquiries by phone, email and video call regarding our product • Close collaboration with colleagues in the Marketing/Sales team • Identification of optimisation potential through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage • Regular communication with customers to strengthen customer loyalty over the long term • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a completed degree or comparable qualifications • Excellent communicator with a strong feel for language • Excellent command of English at C2 level in spoken and written form • Strong familiarity with the UK market and its cultural context is an advantage • Service-oriented and confident in presentations • High degree of initiative, resilience, and flexibility • Confident handling of MS Office and CRM as well as ticketing systems
