📋 Description

• Independently manage a customer portfolio and support customers throughout projects • Onboard new customers and build trusting customer relationships • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and video call regarding the product • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales colleagues • Identify optimisation potential through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage • Communicate regularly with customers to strengthen long-term customer loyalty • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a completed degree or comparable qualifications • Excellent command of English at C2 level in spoken and written form • Ideally, experience using English in a business context • Familiarity with the UK market and its cultural context is advantageous • Service-oriented, confident in presentations and self-assured, competent manner • Team player with high initiative, resilience and flexibility • Open-minded, empathetic and a quick learner • Confident handling of MS Office, CRM and ticketing systems
