Description

• Help clients open, fund, and navigate managed investment accounts • Provide personalized advice to clients • Balance professionalism with a fun atmosphere • Respond to customer requests via phone and email • Answer questions about investment philosophy and account mechanics • Maintain detailed notes on client interactions • Liaise with Custodians to resolve client inquiries • Identify and escalate high-frequency client issues

Requirements

• Series 65 or equivalent license required • Fluency in brokerage account types • Strong listening and problem-solving skills • Patient, respectful, and kind demeanor • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment • Ability to juggle multiple projects • Strong email, phone, and computer capabilities • Technical savvy to assist with computer and smartphone issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Hubspot Service Hub experience is a plus • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields is a plus • Prior experience in administration and/or sales is a plus • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
