Description

• Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures that ensure applications and solutions meet expectations and deliver great customer experiences • Leads the QA team, works closely with vendors, and oversees the integration testing, E2E testing, user acceptance testing, and load, performance, and Chaos testing • Leads the Release Management stream across the Digital Banking group to drive standardization and discipline of Release Management • Develops, implements, enforces, and improves quality standards, tools, and methods to assure quality across new and existing products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field required • 8+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience in testing automation as well as manual testing required • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role required • 5+ years of experience working with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies required • 5+ years of experience planning and executing end to end testing of integrated systems including validation of the integration layer and experience working with SaaS products/vendors in QA function required • 5 + years of experience with API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security required
