📋 Description

• Serve as Formlabs’ primary technical point of contact and company representative across the DACH region and beyond • Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate 3D printing systems • Conduct structured on-site user training on machinery operation, software use, and basic maintenance • Perform live product demonstrations • Respond rapidly to customer downtime and perform urgent repairs • Conduct annual preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window for warrantied customers • Diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve single-visit resolutions • Execute a high volume of customer activities • Independently manage flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, and expenses • Maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich is highly preferred due to hub connectivity • Willing to travel 80%+ of the time • Strong electromechanical/hardware technical background • Ability to teach others how to use technical equipment • Fluency in German and English at C1 level • Valid driver’s license required • French fluency is a bonus • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies is a bonus • Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments is a bonus • English résumé required
