• You recruit new FormMed therapists and expand our network within the healthcare sector • You manage and develop your existing client relationships with passion and structure • You design targeted customer retention strategies — based on state-of-the-art sales tools and market analyses • You coordinate and support tailored proposals and one-on-one advisory meetings with therapists • You take responsibility for sustainable revenue growth in your territory
• Completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial or medical/health-related field • Enthusiasm for micronutrients, prevention, and modern healthcare concepts • Confident user of MS Office, especially Dynamics CRM, Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience with sales-relevant KPIs and a good aptitude for numbers and target-group analysis • You work independently but are also a true team player • You enjoy being on the road and hold a Class B driving licence
