📋 Description

• Develop and manage a data-driven UA strategy that aligns with company objectives across our portfolio. • Partner with product and creative teams to design experiments that validate early game concepts, measure market potential, and optimize launch strategies. • Directly manage campaigns across a variety of UA traffic, ensuring campaigns are innovative, measurable, and scalable. • Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to get alignment on strategy and goals for each phase of Soft Launch, Global Launch and Post-Launch. Provide regular updates and reporting on UA and growth initiatives. • Proactively identify new opportunities for efficient spend allocation, be on top of trends and technologies to expand growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the mobile gaming landscape. • Champion the use of AI and automation to enhance campaign performance, accelerate creative and optimization workflows, and unlock operational efficiencies. You will identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption across UA, empowering teams to work smarter and scale impact with fewer manual constraints. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on best practices for channel measurement, data utilization and optimization techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on performance-focused user acquisition and growth experience, specifically within the mobile gaming industry. • Deep knowledge in paid channels, UA creative trends and measurement frameworks. Proven record of scaling campaigns with results in expanding audiences and revenue. • Exceptional ability to manage projects, set clear execution goals, and drive collaboration across functions. • Strong creative and analytical instincts, capable of executing campaign strategy, creative testing, and growth experimentation. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, pivoting strategies and execution plans based on data and market shifts. Continuously evaluate and improve strategies, adopt new tools and methods to drive performance and scale. • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex strategies for diverse stakeholders.
