• Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets for the assigned territory (Delhi NCR & Haryana). • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and strengthen the company’s presence. • Manage the complete capital equipment sales cycle including prospecting, solution selling, tender management, negotiation, and closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare administrators, procurement teams, and key opinion leaders. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive sustainable growth. • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates to ensure visibility and predictability of business. • Collaborate with marketing, service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experience. • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to refine sales strategy. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, tender processes, and regulatory requirements.
• 6–10 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment / medical devices / healthcare technology. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Good understanding of tender business, institutional sales, and government/private hospital ecosystem. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment. • Willingness to travel across the region.
