📋 Description

• Support Costing Directors in delivering clinical study costings within the Costing Department and ECS group • Review RFP scope and specifications, initiate costing, and maintain accurate pricing-tool data through cost finalization • Review, update, and adjust system-generated budgets • Attend RFP process meetings, including risk assessment, strategy, pricing, challenge calls, senior management calls, and bid-defense preparation • Lead and deliver proposals, ballpark estimates, abbreviated responses, letters, and re-cost estimates through the complete RFP process • Manage delegated costing compilations for RFP responses and non-compete awarded projects • Create and apply customized monitoring strategies using the monitoring calculator when required • Review pass-through items, vendor quotes, and vendor queries to ensure accurate costs • Support assumptions documents and RFI responses for accuracy and alignment with budgets and business practices • Coordinate with resourcing, senior directors, clinical operations, and GCTO on timely project-team assignment • Coordinate with pricing to finalize client budget grids and WBS-code mapping • Support updates to country, regional, and client-specific costing rules and algorithms • Contribute to strategic process-improvement initiatives • Mentor and provide onboarding training to Costing team members • Perform quality checks of completed Costing Manager tasks • Track win/loss opportunities, compile data, and present findings to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Moderate industry knowledge preferred • Experience in budgeting and finance preferred • Good communication skills • Good time management skills • Good written and verbal communication • Sound Excel experience • Good analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to work remotely • A starter and completer • Bachelor's degree in life science or business field preferred
