Description

• Prepare construction drawings for municipal and/or transportation projects including utilities, storm water systems, streets, wastewater collection, and water distribution systems using AutoCad Civil 3D • Manage the CADD component of multi-discipline projects from start-up to completion; actively monitor design details throughout each phase • Follow design standards and workflows while learning new technologies within the AutoCAD Civil 3D platform • Design horizontal and vertical alignments • Utilize Civil 3D modeling software to produce 3D models of design surfaces • Maintain a knowledge base of local, municipal and state design standards • Serve as technical support for staff engineers and civil design technicians

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Civil Technology or related field • 10+ years of design experience • 5+ years of experience in the municipal field with CADD principles and software operations, particularly at the design level using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
