📋 Description

• Focus on WDD grants administration projects • Support the execution of contracts with awardees • Ensure appropriate use of funds • Provide guidance to awardees • Review and approve awardee invoices • Perform report analysis • Capture lessons and successes • Provide oversight of assigned awardees and projects • Lead program reporting and award management activities • Track project/award specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management skills • Experience with the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development preferred • Ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex topics to a variety of internal and external audiences • Experience with project and client management software (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) preferred • Experience with Excel required • Experience with grants administration from a funder's perspective • Familiarity with state and federal funding • Willingness to engage in constructive discussion • A customer service mindset • Possession of a valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, automobile insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle is required
