• Manage and maintain HubSpot instances across Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for a range of client accounts • Build and optimize workflows, automations, email campaigns, and lead scoring • Create and maintain reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performance • Keep client data clean and organized through ongoing data hygiene and management • Support onboarding and migration as new clients are set up in HubSpot • Configure and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and adjacent tools • Build and manage landing pages, forms, and CMS content as needed • Join client calls to explain implementations, walk through results, and answer questions • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure work meets client goals and quality standards • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across several client accounts simultaneously
• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field • Hands-on experience with HubSpot in at least one hub (Marketing, Operations, or Sales); willingness to develop expertise across all three • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, Sales Hub) are a nice to have • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines • Comfortable joining client calls to explain technical work in clear, non-technical terms • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently • Experience with adjacent tools (e.g., Salesforce or other CRMs, Zapier/Make, GA4, CMS platforms) is a plus • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced software/marketing environment is a strong plus
