📋 Description

• Research and identify all required permits and approvals for each project. • Prepare and submit permit applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities. • Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate the permitting process. • Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely follow-ups. • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all permit requirements are met. • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and permitting processes. • Resolve any issues or delays in the permitting process to keep projects on schedule. • Maintain organized records of all permit applications, approvals, and correspondence.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using permitting and project management software. • Previous experience in a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with the process and requirements for obtaining permits in California. • Experience navigating California state and local regulations related to permits is a plus.
