• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Provide exceptional service to customers • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information • Adhere to schedules and meet deadlines • Build positive relationships with customers
🎯 Requirements
• High School Graduate/GED • 0-1 Years related work experience preferred • Top-notch communication skills • Ability to multitask and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. • Must be local to Marlton, NJ.
