• Oversee Frequence’s website (Webflow), CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), and digital assets to capture, qualify and manage leads • Partner with sales to optimize sales and marketing funnel performance • Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns utilizing the HubSpot Platform to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates • Design and manage email marketing campaign workflows and lead nurturing processes within HubSpot • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing campaigns' effectiveness and make data-driven optimization recommendations • Utilize HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools to provide regular insights and reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative strategies • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and marketing automation techniques • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive inbound lead generation • Capture marketing ROI through reporting and analytics • Develop and implement lead nurture strategies—including a lead recycle program—to ensure we are maximizing the conversion of engaged prospects into sales-qualified leads • Maintain a regular feedback loop with the content, creative, sales, and various marketing team members to drive ongoing improvements in campaign performance and conversion rates
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS start-ups with a focus on sales and marketing operations • 1-3 years proven experience working with a marketing automation platform (Hubspot a plus) and intimate knowledge of its properties, including workflows, marketing analytics, lead generation funnels, email marketing, lead scoring, and contact management • Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful automated marketing campaigns, operational efficiencies and reporting • Proficiency in data analysis and translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with marketing business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting • Eagerness to take ownership • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) are a plus
