Description

• The Support Ops Specialist role manages the routing of client communications through our internal ticket system • Various operational support tasks and basic SEM optimization functions • Assist with delivery and optimization of localized digital advertising campaigns • Execute basic SEM optimization tasks • Data Entry and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy • Excellent written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to wear multiple hats • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Familiarity with Google Suite (specifically Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience in an advertising operations role • Demonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethic • Strong desire to work in the advertising technology industry • Industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory
