📋 Description

• Build AI-enabled application components with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, including RAG patterns, grounding strategies, and safe prompt designs • Design and implement Copilot solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flows, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, plugins/actions, and integrations • Develop backend services and extensibility components using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python • Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility such as Teams • Apply cloud-native and event-driven patterns for scalable, stateless services and asynchronous messaging • Deliver secure end-to-end solutions covering authentication, authorization, environment strategies, lifecycle governance, and data protection compliance • Support DevOps and CI/CD for Copilot and AI assets, including Git workflows, versioning, automated testing, pipelines, and release management • Implement monitoring, telemetry, analytics, and performance optimization using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Power BI where relevant • Apply Responsible AI practices including testing, evaluation, guardrails, safety, and continuous improvement • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable AI/Copilot architectures and produce design artifacts and implementation guidelines • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams, and security teams • Provide documentation, best practices, handover, and enablement materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational design, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, and plugin/action development • Practical Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI implementation experience, including prompt optimization, RAG, grounding strategies, vector search, and safe production usage • Strong integration skills across Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility such as Teams and Outlook • Experience designing and building APIs, custom connectors, and automation workflows • Knowledge of Responsible AI and security fundamentals, including Entra ID, RBAC, environment strategies, data access controls, and governance alignment • Hands-on software development using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python • Experience with clean architecture and scalable software patterns • Knowledge of cloud-native Azure application architecture, including stateless services, event-driven patterns, and Fabric / OneLake-based data platforms • Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment separation • Experience using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and analytics such as Power BI • Ability to work with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable Copilot and AI solutions, and iterate based on feedback
