• Develop and expand the customer portfolio by driving distribution, sales, key account management, and category development • Define and execute annual customer plans, lead annual negotiations, and ensure implementation and monitoring of agreed commercial terms • Manage product listings, assortment matrices, promotional schedules, and ensure execution of trade marketing plans • Forecast monthly sales volumes, prepare sales reports, and control budgets, investments, and trade marketing spend • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support onboarding of new clients
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management • Strong understanding of key accounts, customers, competitors, and the professional cleaning environment • Solid knowledge of end-to-end sales processes (including marketing, finance, logistics) • Full understanding of customer P&L and key financial performance indicators • Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
