• Several years of business development experience in a technical industry • Proven track record in identifying, acquiring, and developing B2B customers • Solid expertise in managing sales processes with a focus on conversion and customer retention • Experience in building relationships with customers lacking an automation background and integrating automation solutions • Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
