Description

• Support CTO in leading Core teams including Client, Sway, SDK, and Tooling • Responsible for staffing, development, and performance of team members • Clarify, track, and communicate team plans • Work with leads to establish timelines and dependencies • Translate plans into understandable documents for organization • Track progress and address issues to achieve organizational goals • Coordinate with other leaders to achieve deliverables

Requirements

• 5-10 years of senior leadership experience • Experience working on complex infrastructure projects • Experience or interest in Rust • Experience in OS projects and community • Experience with high-risk software applications • Strong understanding of Core development challenges • Experience with stable foundational technology • Experience with systems with high uptime SLAs • Open source community experience • High performing with low ego
