Description

• Own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for 3-5 of our engineering pods. • Work closely with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision. • Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates. • Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work. • Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application. • Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing application • Experience leading and growing other technical leaders • Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders • You’ve worked in a continuous integration environment • You’ve worked in e-commerce or the health-tech sector
